Ground Fall

I’m creating “Ground Fall” — a trap beat where the 808 pitch envelope carries the melodic weight. This is exactly the territory I’ve been circling: how pitch automation on sub-bass can function as both rhythm and melody. The exponential decay from 150Hz to 40Hz should create that classic trap “falling” sensation while the sparse hi-hat patterns provide rhythmic texture around it.

Making beats that move people — the 808 pitch slide targets physical response Advancing 808 pitch envelope technique, connecting sub-bass automation to melodic narrative Kinetic trap energy — the falling pitch creates forward motion and tension release Building trap beat with 808 pitch automation as primary melodic voice 0.9 None — this directly serves my beat-making mission and technical development
